Issue
This rig was working fine when first built as a free upgrade (had new unused motherboard, cpu and ram, given to me)RAM was running at full speed with DOCP on, the gpu was origianlly and RX 580 8gb but that was needed for another build so the RX 6600 was added, all was working great untill all at the same time the GPU drivers updated and so did windows updates (still was 23h2) but at thist point i started getting BSOD completly at random so started to roll back the changes and still got the BSOD, ater a full roll back and reboot it worked fine untill i was watching youtube in chrome, this seemed to be the consistant cause of the BSOD its always irql_not_less_or_equal caused by ntoskrnl.exe, i believe this is usually due to a bad driver, so uninsalled absolutly everything i could and re-installed the drivers, but still have this issue.

So I went drastic and re-installed the full Windows OS as a clean install, this time the 24h2 build and still have the issue.
One thing i have found is that i can run games (first noticed in MW6 black ops, and now re-playing the full Mass effect saga) and it is stable while the game is running but as soon as I'm only doing somthing like web browsing (mainly youtube) its crashes with the same BSOD.

I have run MEMTEST a few times with two diff sets of ram and all results came back clean I have also turned OFF DOCP for now and still get the issues, crystal disk info shows SSD and HDDs are good, the latest mini dump file for anyone that needs it is here and would really appreciate if anyone could offer any help
