irql_not_less_or_equal windows 10

Solution
Your first dump file shows three errors occurring with
hal.dll
ntoskrnl.exe
Xeno7x64.sys

while the second dump file shows these
ntoskrnl.exe
nvlddmkm.sys
Xeno7x64.sys

as culprits

from the second dump file, nvlddmkm.sys, your Nvidia display drivers are the cause of the issue. While a quick read through on the www reveals that your Xeno7x64.sys is the Killer Networking drivers, update them to the appropriate Windows 10 drivers.

As per your GPU, follow this tutorial:
"Clean" graphics driver install in Windows 7, 8.1 or 10
for the Killer Drivers, perform this first:
How to Scan Windows 10 Files with SFC /SCANNOW
and also download the latest drivers here...
