IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL Windows 8.1

As suggested in the title, I've been getting the IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL problem for quite awhile now every time i try to play World of Warcraft. This problem has been consistent and it has been bugging me as it would literally shut crash my computer and give me the blue screen. Please any help would be great.

Video Card: Intel(R) HD Graphics 4600
Memory: 4.0 GB
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8 (build 9200), 64-bit

Update Windows. Upload the dmp files somewhere like onedrive then post the link

When i try to compress and zip the dmp files to upload, it says "File not found or no read permission"

igdkmd64.sys is causing 3 of the crashes your Intel video drivers

I would uninstall whatever Symantec firewall you've installed then use their removal tool,



This can cause a ox3b stop error

So do i remove Norton from my computer?

Yes then use the tool I posted so it removes the rest of it

I have completely unistall norton off my computer using the tool but i am still receiving the BSOD..

Well, I don't know what to do, I keep crashing every now and then and this is such an annoyance.
