My laptop have crashed twice after opening a game that i've just downloaded. Not sure whether is it that game i have downloaded or not but I can't seem to upload my files to OneDrive or even compress it because I have no admin rights.

Have you run a virus and a malware scan?

Im currently running the iObit malware fighter and I did a full scan and all it ask me was to update all the iObit programs.
