So this is my first time building a gaming PC and one checked over 20 different problems. There is no light on the dram or CPU but on boot there is a flicker of red light next to the VGA thing and then on the back of the motherboard there is a red light. H110M gaming motherboard all compatible parts. Red light on back of motherboard. Pls help!

It would be easier taking it to a shop and ask them to flash it with a Skylake first.

Otherwise you'll have to take that mobo back / replace it. And buy a Z270 or B250. Which maybe more compatible with that G4560 CPU

That's usually an indicator that a component has failed. Either on the motherboard, or in the manual, it should tell you what that LED in that location means. Then you should be able to narrow down what component is failing on you.

It'll need a BIOS update then so it'll post

It needs the latest BIOS 5.8 to support that CPU

Pentium Kabylake G4560 100 3.5 512K 3M B0 54 HD Graphics 610 1050MHz 7994v58.zip

If it doesnt post / turn on, only option is take it to a shop and ask them to flash the bios with a Skylake first.

Then reinstall the G3450

or replace it with a B250 / Z270 mobo

Never successfully turned on so how doi get that without bios in the first place

Just told you take it to a shop.

It needs a supported CPU to post. The G4560 (I would say) isnt supported until you update the BIOS.

But you'll have to take it to a shop / or borrow a Skylake CPU to update the BIOS first.

Before you can use the G4560. Because it's a Kaby Lake / 7th gen CPU
