Why does my wifi connects to my neighbors, but not mine. My wireless adapter is wrking because it picks up other signals but not mine...HELP!!!!

You haven't given very much information to go on, but if I had to guess, I'd say it's a router issue. Unplug your router, wait ten seconds, then plug it back in and see what happens.
