Is 1 Case Fan Enough for a Gaming PC?

So I an planning on building a Budget Gaming PC for around $600~ and I came across the cases. I found myself stuck between the Corsair 200r, and the NZXT Source 210. I know both are very good cases, and both have pretty good cable management, but the 200r has 2 case fans, and the Source 210 has 1. Will it make that much of a difference? I am on a tight budget, and the Source is cheaper by a small amount... so will 1 fan matter that much than 2? (My PC I plan to build is this: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/nQZB4D) Let me know what you think!

Well, if you are not planning on overclocking, i think you should be fine. Your gpu already has 3 fans plus the stock cpu cooler and the case fan should be good. But i do not see a problem because even with a tight budget the fans are still very cheap. I got mine for 10 dollars with led lights, the plain black one will cost alot less.
