Is 1 hour of AIDA64 stress testing good enough?

I've recently done an overclock of my 5820K to 4.6 GHz and 1.31v on the vCore.
I've done 1 hour of CPU stress testing on AIDA64, with no crashes.
I'm unsure if this is enough however, so should I stress test again for a longer period of time? And do you think my OC is stable enough if it passed 1 hour of stress testing?

I don't think AIDA is good enough a stress test. I used Prime95 to stress my own PC using the different torture test options, and it never failed, but Project Cars would always freeze at random. Which you can imagine drove me nuts. I would say use as many tools/apps/games/benchmarks as you can, even if only for relatively short periods of time. Always monitor your PC using HWinfo64 or similar, then do a couple of runs of Valley, then 3DMark, a little time on AIDA, play your favourite games for a while. Any freezing/BSoD obviously indicates something isn't stable, then I'd probably add a tiny bit more vCore, then start testing over again.
