Is 100% usage CPU an GPU something to worry about in the future l.

I just built my first gaming rig in August an im wondering if having my cpu and gpu fully utilized is a bad thing. They both run about 100 usage an temps are in low 50s. I run about 130fps on 1440p playing BO 4 with no stutter.

Is this too much stess an cause wear an tear, if so do i need to upgrade cpu or is this normal an im jst being paranoid?

You dont need to upgrade, but both should also not be pegged out at 100% constantly. It should fluctuate some.

The only wear and tear would be if they overheat. As long as your temps are fine. You can run the equipment 24/7 at 100% load. If both are near 100% load when gaming. That just means you have a good balance in that game and both are getting fully utilized. So, you are realizing the full performance potential your computer is capable of in that game.
