Question Is 1000w enough for this build? (13 RGB fans, RTX 4090, i9-13900k, etc.)

I have an ASUS ROG Thor P2 1000w platinum power supply. Will it be enough with this build:

I will not be doing any overclocking except with XMP on the RAM.

I'll be using the 16-pin to 4 x 8-pin PCIe cable from CableMod.

Hardware Busters on YT showed a chart that shows that if you want to get 600W to your GPU, you will need a PSU that is above 1.1KW, effectively meaning a 1.2KW or higher PSU. If you get a 1KW unit, you're relegated to delivering 450W to the GPU.

You've spent about 2000USD on your GPU, a few more cents spent towards a higher wattage PSU is quite frankly a worthwhile investment.
