Is 1055t x6 phenom (overclocked 3,4ghz)+ MSI GEFORCE GTX 780TI 3GB GAMING good idea?

Hello, i would like to buy new graphics card because my 6950 2gb is kinda weak. Is it good idea? Should I buy MSI GEFORCE GTX 780TI 3GB GAMING or stay with 6950? Btw sorry for my shitty English

Although a 780 TI would be much more powerful than your current card, if you get it, you should be aware your CPU will likely limit you in some games.

A 1055t overclocked to 3.4Ghz should be just a bit more powerful than a stock FX-6300, which is honestly a pretty average CPU to pair with a 780 TI.

No matter what, ay 1080p you will have decent bottlenecks due to your CPU in many games. I would get a normal 780, then put the money towards a CPU/motherboard upgrade.
