That MB is OK for aftermarket PSUs. But look at the Amps on the 5V. rail. That's the last of the BTX layout so it may have some old spec. stuff going on.
Be sure the new PSU is up to spec. there. Also the cooler layout is non standard. Not BTX or LGA1156.
I dug around and found an example of that running an i7-875K unlocked CPU.

There is a way to overclock with a locked BIOS.

How far you get depends on cooling, and VRM capacity. Not much you can do about either one of those. Unknown territory for that system.
I like that GPU because it actually has less RAM than the GTX1050Ti 4GB which can run into...
Have you checked you can upgrade your PSU? Some Dell motherboards use non standard sockets.

Also VS are very poor, the Corsair CX450 or CX550 are better choices.

Your cpu would limit gaming performance in newer cpu demanding games but should do ok, just don’t expect to achieve a minimum of 60fps.

I like that GPU because it actually has less RAM than the GTX1050Ti 4GB which can run into resource conflicts in some games on an 8GB system. 3GB on the faster card looks good to me. Of course you could go to 12-16GB RAM if you wanted to.
Here are some assorted builds for that system with various GPUs, etc.
