Of course 1440p is going to be better but good quality 1080p monitors are still great up to 27 inch. I think I have a 26 inch 1080p monitor, and I adore it.
I like the benq ones that don't use the backlight strobing. Can't recall the panel they use AMVA maybe? They are very nice to look at for long periods.
Well im considering gsync option and from what i can see i can get those:

some of them are freesync monitors.
which ones should i consider?
From that list acer predator xb270hu is too expensive for me. The rest is in my range.
I personally would never ever consider a 1080P 27' monitor unless you have bad eyes. The pixels at that screen size are a lot larger, making games/movies/pictures not as crisp as 24 or 23' 1080P. Go for 1440P if you can.
This is also a personal preference, I prefer higher resolution over screen size.
With that 780 Ti, you should definitely consider a 1440p monitor. 1080p seems underkill for that horsepower. Get the Asus one, or if you can't afford it, go for a cheaper 1440p monitor at 60hz and turn up all your game settings
Thanks. What do you think about the hb270hu, because the more i read the more i think about spending that extra. People praise the ips panel that has been installed in that acer. Is it worth extra £100 over the asus rog?
