My system has 16gb ram, i7 processor (liquid cooled) a 980 EVGA superclocked graphics card and a z97-k mobo.

Is 115 for the mobo ok? It is alarming me but the system is running fine, with the cpu at 32

I'd assume that the sensors are wrong. Open up the PC and if it feels like an inferno, then, the sensors are right and you now have a veritable means to heat up your mug of coffee, especially considering that water boils at 100° C. In other words, something is defective or you're doing something wrong!

True, but if s/he doesn't return for some "unfortuitous reason" then this thread will have effectively been solved.

Defective computer accident - User = No way for the user to complain about their "early ending" disappointment 😉.
