Just wanted to ask if a 120gb SSD is enough for Windows 10, minecraft and fortnite. also, will putting all of these into the SSD slow down its performance significantly? im planning to get a hard drive soon for everything else but its not in the budget right now.

Solution
It won't fill up instantly but it will with time as Windows and games update themselves, 120gb ssd has around 109gb free space out of which around 40 gb will be consumed by all the things you install.
Also try to get a cheaper 240gb ssd like Kingston A400 or Wd green 240(WDS240G2G0A) as they are cheap and good (but not on a level as of Samsung).

Solution
Most people who install an SSD also install a higher-capacity HDD for games and applications, so avoiding the problem of the SSD space being quickly consumed. Games performance will not be affected by having them on an HDD instead of an SSD, they'll just take a bit longer to start, but after that no difference at all.

Windows will fill quickly that 120GB SSD.
I don't know why, every OS update leaves garbage in the temporary folder, 10's of GB accumulate there. I have an older laptop that gets the HDD in "red" every three months and requires that I manually delete those temp files.
But, as a fresh system, you can start with what you propose.
