[SOLVED] Is 130 GB writes per day on windows 10 pro on SSD is normal?

My laptop has nearly 130 - 110 GB writes per day on windows 10 pro on SSD, as reported by HD sentinel and most other Softwares like crystal disk info! Is this normal?

I don't want to turn off hibernate and pagefile but I only hibernate once per day and mostly i shut down anyway.

just to browse internet, to use MS office, watch movies etc. and i am not doing any video,audio,photo editing.

Well at that point I would say try to turn off hibernate and page file for a couple of days and see if it changes.
If it goes down dramatically then this is the problem
If not (which is my guss) I would say try to clean install windows

even watching movies can drain your ssd, as it gets cached (downloaded in small chunks ahead)
but dunno, my main drive is like 1yr old (18.7.2018), still shows 100% life (970evo 512gb)
power on hours 2239 / 7586GB written..thats like 20GB per hour?
