i have one 2GB 1333mhz
and want to add another one 4GB but it's 1600

No, you need to stick with 1333mhz.

You don't want to be mixing sticks if you can help it, you need to try and max the speed a latency of the original stick.

That's an older socket 775 mobo, so would stick with 1333 and will need to look for older DDR3 that is made with low density memory chips, since late 2010/early 2011 all DDR3 has been made with high density memory chips, which aren't compatible with your mobo. I'd look for GSkill's DDR NT series of Value DRAM which is made with low density memory chips and will be compatible
