It will be easier to buy a motherboard preferably h310 +, right?At the very least Motherboard Bios will need to be set to UEFI to detect the card and not black screen.

Try the 1660 on your current motherboard and see if it works. If it doesn't then remove the GPU and update the motherboard BIOS.
