is 16gb of ram enough

I have noticed while playing most games that those games can use up to 11gb of ram, I'm using 16gb of ddr4 ram, should I buy another 16gb for a total of 32gb?

No, I've seen only a couple niche games ever make full use of 16. I wouldn't invest in 32GB unless you were editing videos professionally/for an intense hobby or steaming a lot.

When there are games, that can use past 16GB of ram, then yes. Until then - no need
(unless you have some other software, that can use this much ram).

all I pretty much do is play games and other basic stuff. no editing or anything like that.
