Yep. Just barely over 6K with 2x 1080Tis. 2000 score the CPU. However 3dmark has never reflected real world performance. Only shows what is theoretically faster.
I would say if your monitor isn't Gsync then yes you need the 1080ti for 1440p 144hz. Here is a benchmark of the 2 that shows you may even need gsync for the 1080ti.

3464 here with a 1080 and I7 7700K @ 4.8.... (2704 CPU)
Just remember Gsync doesn't work below 30FPS. It actually does, but because of the latency, it will hold the buffer longer resulting in worse performance. than just having it off (if you are gaming below 30fps).
