[SOLVED] is 200gb unallocated space enough for ssd

Solution
samsung magician made 40gb and i made another manually from control panel/ 150gb
do i need more than dam.
as long it says unallocated does that mean it is done right ?
With an SSD, it does not matter what it is called. OverProvisioning, unallocated, whatever.
As long as there is sufficient actual free space, the drive firmware shuffles data around between ALL the cells as needed.

As said, 15-20% actual free space. For a 2TB drive, that would be 350-400GB.

Solution
so should I use that as a backup drive then?
also if I keep unallocated space on the secondary drive does windows go there and use that unused space for performance.
