The title.
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 2600
I've been looking at Process Explorer and something called ' issass.exe ' is causing 80k handles. I'm not running any virus scans though. I've restarted my PC and it's still happening.

200k seems like a bit much. I have a bunch of things opened and only have 100k.

Go in the details page where you can see all running processes, r-click the column titles, add Handles, sort by Handles and see what has a ridiculous amount of 'em.

On my PC, the top five is:
  • System, 5.7k
  • Steam, 3.4k
  • Explorer, 3k
  • Firefox, 2.4k
  • Chrome, 2.3k
