Is 212 evo stock thermal compound good for my i7 6700k

Will the default thermal paste be good for the i7 6700k i dont want to OC but if i do will i need a better one?

I usually use Artic silver for mine, it's only $5 more. However, the 212 is probably not going to be the best cooler for the 6700K if you are going to overclocking.

The 212 is fine
The 6700k doesn't run particularly hot and is fine for medium overclocks
However I'd opt for a Cryorig H7/H5 or a Scythe Mugen/Max

MX4 or Gelid Extreme with the EVO.

The stock thermal compound is perfectly fine. Until you get into the more expensive liquid-metal compounds, the difference is very small.
