I saw a RAM (8 GB) that is cheap but it has a CL17 and 2400 mhz. My cpu currently is i3 9100F. Is that a decent RAM? Would I have any stutters when gaming? Btw I only play games on my PC. I don't edit or stream at all.

Warning useless stats below.

Frequency/CAS Latency=Bandwidth

3200/14 = 228.57
3200/16 = 200
3000/16 = 187.5
2400/14 = 171.42
2133/13 = 164
2400/16 = 150
2400/17 = 141.17 "Budget Value RAM mostly from Crucial for Business OEM's generealy sold without a heat spreader"

2400@ 17 is something like 2% slower than the average CL16 so you're not going to notice anything drastic, especially on an i3. If you were into high-end gaming, rendering or heavy streaming then you would want much faster RAM along with a better CPU and probably a hugely faster GPU.
