is 250 watts psu enough for a core 2 quad q8400

my specs
core 2 duo e7200 @2.53ghz OC 3.35 ghz
gt 610 2gb ddr3 asus silent edition
2X2gb total =4gb ddr2 800mhz

im planning to buy a used core 2 quad q8400@2.66ghz processor will it work as my POWER SUPPLY is 250 WATTS RATED if i also dont oc the core 2 quad will i be able to run it
cauze i dont have enough money to buy a new psu and a core 2 quad
