Question is 2600 still good enough?

i am on tight budget. how 2600 will do against 3300x in terms of day to day use and video rendering? i use premiere pro. or should i go with 3600? tho that is 1.6x the price of 2600. another fact, i wanna built this pc primarily for video rendering so in terms of gaming i am prepared to sacrifice some FPS. ill go with 16gb ram and a nvme drive.

i need performance and future proofing for like 2 or more years.
