Is 270X/760 worth +$100 over 260X/650 Ti?

I am a casual gamer, but I do like playing newer games (Batman: Arkham City, Assassin's Creed 4, Borderlands 2, Skyrim, GRID 2). Obviously, the higher the quality the better, but reaching 60fps is my highest priority while gaming, with a 30fps minimum.

Would it be worth spending the ~$250 for a 270X/760 or would I be happy with a $150 260X/650 Ti? I am currently playing with 1920x1080, i5 2500k, 16GB RAM

Definitely 270X/760 are much better. 260X/650Ti are too weak for 1920x1080
