It could work but depends on which brand/model of 1050 Ti you want to buy. Some use 75W, other go up to 150W.

It's also recommended to change your PSU. Running it near 100% might damage it.

Not that many 1050Tis will need more than 75w unless its an ASUS Strix, MSI Gaming X or the Gigabyte G1 Gaming/Windforce.

I second that.
Plus PSU is not completely standard ATX, since motherboard requires 8 pin connector, not 20 or 24, so adapter would be required.
Otherwise there is plenty of space inside.

I agree. The Dell PSU can power all the slots and bays, plus any CPU they offered. Also they're quality parts. The Optiplexes had a 95W CPU limit which makes the smaller PSU adequate.

That is correct.

GTX 1050TI can work in Dells with 240 watt PSU, and it is confirmed by Tomshardware adviser like me.
