Is 2gb VRAM enough for a GTX 770?

A costumer of mine wants to play the new games (BF4, AC4, Watch Dogs, etc). The price of nvidia cards dropped so, I was wondering if 2 gb of VRAM would be enough to max out these games at 1080p on one monitor?

It is. Imo won't be that good in overclocking as the mobo has only 6 phase power. Though good for gaming

Asus Z87I-PRO it's a little bit more expensive than your ASRock board, but I'd never take ASRock MB, it's like a crappy version of ASUS. If you really plan on OC'ing, and you're not on an extremely tight budget, then it's ASUS.

This is the one. Besides, even though other OC boards are cheaper, I wouldn't recommend getting the cheapest, and anything below the ~160$ range, since the MB is a crucial part of overclocking, and the amount of extra performance you get is tied to the quality of the MB.

Another good MB for OC'ing is the MSI Z87 GD45. And it's cheaper than the Asus one, but not as good. But a lot better than the ASRock crap.

Get a water cooling solution, and you can OC in any environment. IMHO, look up Cooler Master 120mm Seidon Water Cooling. Best price/value ratio and very easy to install. http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835103179 . You can't even think about OC'ing, without a decent cooler. Anything higher than ~4.3ghz is risky without water cooling (or an expensive air cooler), especially with the Haswell cpu's, since they heat up like a motherf***er, if OC'ed.

No, 2gb is definitely not enough for Watch Dogs.
I have GTX 770 2GB, and if I select Ultra Texture (which recommends 3gb vram) I get a lot of lags compared to when I select High Texture.
So 2gb of vram going into this generation will not be enough, especially for open world video games.
