Hello!
I know that low clock speeds are not good for rendering, so I wanted to know if 3.6 gHz is enough for 3D modelling. I am getting a TR 1920x and a used 1080 ti. Is this a good GPU rendering build? Also I might do Adobe premiere, or a free alternative. And instead of a 1920x, should I get a i7 9700k, for faster clock speeds?\

Thanks!

I will use it for 3D rendering, modelling, Video & Photo editing, and maybe (probably not though) light to medium gaming.
