Is 3 monitors possible with my settup

I read an article about crossfire and how it works but im wondering if my pc can handle 2 graphics cards. I have an acer aspire m1641 with a q6600 cpu and 4 gigs ddr2. Now i put a all in wonder HD pci express in there but thats the only pci express port the mobo has. If i put a PCI video card in with it will i be able to use both cards at the same time enabling me to use 3 monitors? Or will it only read the pci express? I also have onboard graphics but im guessing that i can use them as long as i have a card installed
