The CPU I'm using is an I3-9100 with a UHD 630 iGPU. I have Hardware Accelatrion enabled and when I would run Youtube in 1080p some videos use up 10-15% of my CPU while others 30-40%. With Hardware Acceleration disabled it goes up to 60%?

I've had my PC for about 2.5 months and noticed nothing wrong with it. I'm just concerned if this kinda usage is normal for something such as Youtube.

For example, when I stream Netflix in 1080p or watch movies in VLC in 1080p my CPU usage is at around 10-15% so I don't understand why Youtube is higher.
