Still haven't chose a mobo, but it will most probably be a ASRock B350M or B450 Pro depending on what RAM i will get.
The budget is quite tight. The PC will be just for gaming. No rendering or some other stuff. I've read somewhere on this site that speed doesn't matter much for gaming, but also I've read that Ryzen CPUs love some fast memory. Is buying 3000 worth it, or can I settle for something like 2133-2400?

3000mhz shouldnt be much more expensive then 2400.

The Most import thing with ryzen is, that you buy RAM with DualChannel (so 2x4GB or 2x8GB).
That is something you really should look for.

You 3000 mhz compared to 2400 does give you an increase in performance but its more likeley >5% depending on the tasks but im not really into it and i do not have a ryzen to hand so i could test it.
