I got Acer Aspire Tc-705 pc with Gtx 745, 8gb ddr3, i5-4460 3.2ghz and 300w PSU. Will I be fine if I upgrade my GPU to Zotac 1050ti mini?

That design's over a decade old: http://www.sparklepower.com/pdf/FSP300-60THA.pdf

12V rail outputs are rated 8A and 14A. Expect 1A to 2A less due to power de-rating with temperature.
I also expect low build quality, electrical performance, and lack of protections.

I'd upgrade it.
In theory, yes. But it needs to be a quality unit. There are no quality 300w and these pre-builds usually have pretty crappy PSU units. A better PSU is recommended, preferably 400w or above.... https://linustechtips.com/main/topic/631048-psu-tier-list-updated/
