Is 30ips good enough for fast movement/flicks?

I have a 30ips mouse and it stops recorsing fast movement. Is 30ips too low for flicks or is my sensor broken? If its too low is 83ips good enough? Im planning to buy a new mouse with that ips.

Right now I have a Genesis Xenon 210. And im planning to get the Genesis GX58.

Likely the issue is the sensor quality, you have a low end mouse. I doubt you will be much happier with a newer version of a cheap low quality mouse. I don't really see any reviews on either of those aside from some YouTube videos.

I've had the GX57 and I dont remember having ANY issue with it but it broke. It had 60ips and it was working well. If the GX58 is better than the GX57 I think ill be giving that one a try. If I dont like it imma get a refund and try to get the Rival 100. My friend has one and it works great. Thank you for the help!
