Question Is 3200 MHz CL16 memory okay to pair with a 5800X in a 2k € build?

I was going for Corsair LPX 32GB which is on sale for 114€. I could pay 50 bucks more for faster RAM (which still isn't guaranteed to be dual rank) but that's the cost of a good air cooler right there and even in a 2k build the goal is to not waste money so 1k can go towards GPU. Am I missing something here?

You might be better off lowering to 2x8 @ 3600, CAS 16
