Is 33 degrees good for idle temp

Is 33 celcius good for i7 2600k idle,my room temp is 23 degrees,do i need liquid cooling?,i just have a 120mm fan with heatsink for CPU,on full load, it goes 50 degrees

Those Temps are very good and you don't have much reason to change anything cooling wise.

For a second generation i7 those temps are perfect. No worries at all.

Most intel chips dont throttle until 90c. T-case maximum is between 72-75c, so you have a good deal of head room.
