Is 350W PSU good enough for this build?

CPU: FX-8300

GPU: Sapphire Radeon NITRO+ RX 580 4GB

MB: Asus M25BC

Storage: 2TB HDD and 128GBSSD

No. Way under-powered. You should have a high quality 600W PSU.

No, a RX580 is relatively power hungry unit. It may need 300w all by itself and added to a
95 w FX-8000 and you are nowhere near enough.

Asus M25BC is a pc, not a motherboard. You need a better than average motherboard to support a FX-8300.

FX is now obsolete and I would not build based on a FX processor today.
