Is 350watt psu enough?

I am currently looking for some pc parts to build a pc and i was wondering if using a 350 watt psu would be enough to supply an AMD ryzen 5 1600 and a msi b350 gaming pro motherboard with corsair vengeance lpx 8gb ddr4 -3000Mhz. Any tips are highly appreciated
