Is 3600 MHz RAM worth it over 3200 MHz?

As the title suggests I am wondering, if the preformance difference is really worth it to invest extra 50 € into 3600 MHz RAM in contrast to 3200 MHz RAM.

Also I am talking about identical latency CL16-16-16-36, so I know that the 3600 MHz one is faster in comparison but is it worth the extra 50 € or does the preformance gain to price just tank?

I would be using the PC for gaming, streaming and light video editing.
The sets I am looking at are G.Skill ones namely F4-3600C16D-16GVK and F4-3200C16D-16GVK.

I'd look for 3200 with a CL of 14 or 15, yes the 3600 is faster. Most couldn't tell a difference though

So a 3200 MHz ram with CL14-14-14-34 latency should compare to a 3600 MHz ram with CL16-16-16-36 with marginal differences in performance or am I missunderstanding something?

3200-14 is probably a hair faster than 3600-16, but the only thing that'll change at those speeds is a benchmark, you'd never be able to physically see the difference.

Ah, ok. So I guess I'll go with 3200 MHz CL14 RAM over the 3600 MHz CL16 and save the 30 €.
