Is a 780 ti with its 3gb vram enough for a 27 inch 1080p monitor? I play the following games:
Bully: Scholarship Edition
Every single star wars game on the market
Every single source game on the market
Far cry 4
Above are the main games I play but I have lots of other games with low requirements (minecraft, etc)
Here is the monitor i'm talking about:

2 gig of ram is enough for that. I play at 1080p on a 42 inch tv and I've never come close to 2 gigs of ram on my games. I think the one that took up the most was warframe, That took a little over a gig iirc. Screen size plays no role. Its the same number of pixels.

More pixels per inch or something. I think I heard that 27 inch is the sweet spot for 1440p monitors. To be honest I don't really know. I just bought a 1440p monitor (will be here today). So I will reply back to this thread after I set it up and let you know my impression of 1440p after playing at 1080p all this time.

I will look fine. Its just that this forums is for people who want uber performance and try to get price performance ratios perfect. It's a nice thing to do, but not overly important. 27 inch 1080p will look fine. However if you're only going to do 1080p. which is what your listed specs allow, a 24 inch monitor would be a slightly better option, but 27in is cool too.
