Is 4.5 ghz overclock a normal overclock for my amd fx-4100?

i overclocked my amd fx-4100 from 3.6 ghz to 4.5 ghz and am wondering if its a average overclock for the fx-4100?

Yea aslong as your system is stable its fine, i had a fx-4100 and did oc it to 4,2 ghz without adding any voltage.
and it was stable.

It plays most games just fine aslong you have a good gpu too but higher end games like bf3 and bf4 you may notice you are being bottlenecked that no matter what settings you change you will have same fps, thats the reason why i did upgrade to an fx-8350.

There is nothing wrong with the fx-4100 it do daily work easy and games it handles well just not AAA games.

well thn i think i overclocked it pretty good cause when i play bf3 i get no lag, im also using a nvidia gtx 660 windforce x2 oc version overclocke by 5%
