Is 400W enough for my build?

So recently it was black friday and I decided to upgrade my PC by getting a new MOBO, CPU, and RAM. I didn't get a bigger power supply because I didn't even think about it and it was a lot of money just with these components.

My question is will the psu listed below (400W platinum rating) be sufficient enought to sustain my build without any hiccups, and random shutting off.
THE PSU => https://www.game-debate.com/psu/index.php?ps_id=690&psu=MS%20Industrial%20Platinum%20MS-400ATX

COMPONENTS:
CPU Ryzen 2600

GPU msi GTX 1050 Ti rated at 75W

RAM 16GB of Dual Rank Ballistix Sport LT @ 2.4 GHz
LINK FOR RAM => https://www.amazon.de/gp/product/B00UFBZOJQ/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s01?ie=UTF8&psc=1

MOBO Asus Prime X370 Pro

FANS 2x120mm with LED's

STORAGE 1x1TB Hard Drive @ 7.2k RPM

PERIPHERALS:
Membrane Keyboard
Gaming Mouse
Headphones => Sharkoon SGH1
Gaming Controller

I entered all of this in Cooler Mater's Power Supply Calculator and I got 326W.
The reason I'm worried is because it is a bit of an older power supply and I'm not sure if under bigger load the psu will freak out.

Kind of a lot to read but if anyone has experience with using tight wattages like this please answer your thoughts, thanks!

Solution
nope, i'm willing to bet that is platinum in the name and NOT platinum rated. Get yourself a decent unit. why risk everything that thing looks like a fire hazard, will it work maybe but I wouldn't bother, you will also need to reinstall windows 10 for the new hardware, so consider that expense as well if you want activate the OS

A decent 400 watt PSU would probably be fine for that system as the 2600 and the 1050ti are pretty efficent. But you dont have a very good PSU and the wattage on the 12 volt rail is probably a good bit less than 400. I suggest getting a decent 450-550watt PSU from EVGA, Corsair, or Seasonic.

Thanks for the replies, and to give an answer to the windows thing, I probably won't be buying a windows license because it would just take a lot of money out of my budget, which is why I was asking about the psu to know if I really need to waste more money.
I will be getting a new psu then because you made me sure that I should get it now, and I really wouldn't want to sacrifise the components I have now for not wanting to spend a little more money to have a complete build
