126gb ssd Samsung
Graphics: rx 480 4gb reference model.

Is 400w enough?

I calculated it in multiple calculators
And they said 400w is enough

Would need to know the make, model and age of the PSU, but most likely it is not going to be enough to handle the cards transient loads and if poor quality could end up endangering the system.

AMD recommends 500w
Guru3d recommends 450w
450w would likely be ok as long as it's a good quality unit not one out of the bargain bin.

your setup (and assume you ment a 1x8gb of 1600 ddr3 ram as that motherboard has only 2 slots from what i could find) would suggest around a 350w power usage, however you should probably increase that to around a 500-600w gaming supply as most cheap 400w would just get fried and to allow for future proofing your system.

No, the EVGA w1 is not good. Look for Corsair CX450.

In fact... the EVGA W1 is actually a COST DOWN version of the HEC TC Series. So you're really going backwards with the exact same platform.
