[SOLVED] Is 400watt PSU good for an i7 2600 coupled with Amd radeon HD 7570 1gb

I'm already using a radeon Hd 7570 1 gb card + Pentium g2010 + 4gb Ddr3 ram on asrock H61M-VG4 motherboard powered by a mercury 400 watts psu with no issues. I want upgrade the CPU to an i7 2600. Will the 400 watt PSU be good enough to keep up with the CPU upgrade?

Wattage isn't the only thing that defines a PSU. The componentry in it will decide if you're buying a paperweight or a reliable unit. To ntoe, a paperweight PSU can and will also lead to your entire system being a paperweight.

The card only suggests a 350w, so even with the i7 400w is fine.

I know nothing about the quality of that unit, however.

Yes Thank you.. I have had no power issues so far with the PSU in question . The AMD Hd 7570 works fine too.. I was only concerned about the CPU upgrade.. The i7 2600 tdp is 95watts . Thanks again
