Is 41-42C for idle/normal usage and 49C max temps bad for a HDD?

So when my PC is on idle or doing most things that are not GPU intensive, my HDD temps is at 41-42C. If the PC goes into power saving mode, the temps drop to about 33C. But if I am putting my GPU under 100% load, the HDD temps hit 49-50C due to the fact the HDD is beside my GPU.

Is this extremely dangerous? I game at most on average 2-3 hours a day, so is it bad if my HDD is at those temps?

Would appreciate some guidance.

Normally, a safe temp for HDDs is below 60ºC. I think that getting 50º is a normal operating temp but better check. What brand is your HDD?

I mean most of the time the temp is 41-42C, it's just when I am under gaming load it reaches 51C.

Thats normal then. If you are worried about it try to find another place inside your case that's not tha close to your GPU.
