ok homie its intex 450 watt psu but please don't tell me to change psu n all ok i am just asking please try to understand ok its just a ask so here we go again its intex 450 watt psu is it ok to that rig i think it is because outervision shows it is

ok looks this company do not have even a website very suspicious ;)
I find in different thread:
http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/forum/273612-28-intex-watt-capable-running-hd4670
450W Unit have on label have only 12V x 20A = 280W.* from my experience in junk quality PSU he not give that much for sure :)
Your PC + GT 430 will drain max 200W simply before starting playing in games pray maybe PSU will not catch fire ;)
But if this PSU is only on your local Country market try find some reviews from users maybe is not that bad ;)

Question is one how much in real use this PSU can provide on 12V line if 210W or more you will be fine if less you can be in trouble ;)

The answer to the question is 2 fold... do you have enough watts? YES.

Do you have enough quailty power and protection? NO.

We try here at tomshardware to help you but we must tell you you your psu is low quality. . Will it work? Probably. But we are enthusiasts and you trust us to give you accurate and good info. A non quality psu can blow and take your system with it
. Juat tryin to help ... thats all

here are the pc requirements for far cry 3 .. according to this NO...your graphics card will not meet minimum.

http://www.systemrequirementslab.com/CYRI/Requirements/grand-theft-auto-iv/10802?p=r
here are the pc requirements for GTA 4 ... according to this NO...your graphics card will not meet minimum.

The highest card you can use with that cpu and and power supply( I still recommend tier 1,2 or3 from the list) would be a 750ti 2gb...

THAT WILL WORK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
that's for another thread though,,,,this one was about your psu. and I ANSEWERD IT..

http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/gaming-graphics-card-review,3107-7.html
HERE IS THE GRAPHICS CARD CHART FROM TOMSHARWARE...

all of the info is here .. your cpu is adequate... your gpu in NOT ADAQUATE.... your PSU is adequate.....
