Is 450W enough for Sapphire r9 270 (non-x)?

If your budget is that tight mate then you've honestly probably already picked about the best you can
I think the case/PSU will prob be OK - it does at least have a pci-express power connector.

I dont actually have the case, It's just the one i picked out to get with the build I'm going to get soon.

my list right now is
AMD Athlon x4 760k, ASRock FM2A55M-HD+,ADATA XPG V1.0 1x4 DDR3-1600, Sapphire r9 270, and I'd like to keep it around $350, and no HDD, I already have one.
