it need a 6 pins power cable from psu and the ask for a 500 watts so you be on limit and lucky if it work well .

This is okay with your current build, but if you ever upgrade you'll need a new PSU

Pull the side panel off - if its rose will branded & has 30a 12v of 2 x 15a 12 rails then its a rosewill stallion.
Hardly high quality but yeah it will run it ok

my list right now is
AMD Athlon x4 760k, ASRock FM2A55M-HD+,ADATA XPG V1.0 1x4 DDR3-1600, Sapphire r9 270, and I'd like to keep it around $350, and no HDD, I already have one.

If your budget is that tight mate then you've honestly probably already picked about the best you can
I think the case/PSU will prob be OK - it does at least have a pci-express power connector.

the os you gone use is 32 bits or the 64 bits one and for around the same price you could get a better case .
