Question Is 450w enough?

I will build a new computer and i'm going tomorrow to buy the parts, my question is:
Can my CX 450M psu hundle a gpu like RX 5700 XT?

peak consumption can be 243W leaving little for the CPU and mobo. it may be too close to the edge. it depends on your current parts. I suggest a higher wattage PSU for that GPU.

This is rest of my build:
Mobo: MSI B450 GAMING PLUS MAX
RAM: 16GB (2x8GB) TEAM Vulcan-Z RED 3200Mhz
CPU: AMD RYZEN 5 3600
Case: SHARKOON VG6-W RGB

So is it still a no?

Well the short answer should be: "Don't even try it", for the sake of the components.

Now the long answer is, It will be very painfull for the PSU, but it may work, for a few mins atleast...

Thing is even thought its not a bad PSU, thats not the only thing your PSU will be powering, theres CPU, RAM, Motherboard, SSD, HDD, etc.

That GPU alone use 1x 8 pin cable (150 watts MAX)+ 1x 6 pin cable (75 watts Max) thats = 225watts + your CPU + motherboard + ram + fans+ sata drivers+ etc.

So I think a more powerfull unit will be the safe bet.

Yeah, know that I see the rest of your system is still No.

While gaming youre going to be using around all the PSU can deliver and you don't want that with that kind of unit.

from me still a no.
the ryzen at stock is 65W but will peak beyond that. motherboard, fans, RGB and drives, leaves very little.
it will work but at peak demand will force reboot if the GPU or the CPU peaks. at full they both do.
