[SOLVED] Is 450w PSU Enough for RX 580

Hi techies, I have a pc with following specs

• Ryzen 3 2200G
• A320 VDS Plus motherboard - MSI
• 1TB Hard Disk
• 240 GB SSD - SATA
• 16 GB RAM - DDR4 3000 MHZ
• Cooler MASTER 450W PSU

I want to add RX580 4GB graphics card, I want to know is it necessary to upgrade PSU or 450w is enough for this specs. Please let me know.

Per the above links, the required power supply is 500-550 watts.

If the GPU does not perform or has issues and your PSU does not meet the recommended/required wattage specs then the GPU manufacturer is under no obligation to support the card.

My suggestion is a quality 750 Watt PSU.

You need a decent 550w , at minimum a Corsair CX550 or CX550M.
